There are many different sites, with many different ideas, programs, and goals. The main

goal here at Teen Health Co. is to pursue a healthier teenage population. We try to

achieve this goal through upperbody workout plans, lowerbody workout plans, and

through meal plans. The leaders of this orgnization believe that a healthier teen society

today, will lead to a healthier adult society tommorrow, and through this process of

commitment and believing in one's self, we can all achieve this goal.
